I’ve been working out for over 10 years lifting weights and trying to sculpt my body. I’m in good shape but since I started training with Jason I can see my body shape changing, specifically my legs and lower body. I had never focused on hip hinging or working the hamstrings. Now you can actually see my muscles and the definition and I love it. I started the diet plan Jason made for me and that’s a huge part of it as well. I’m looking forward to having Jason coach me for a fitness competition coming up at the end of this year!
