LOVE coming to this private studio. It has all the equipment needed to train and reach your goals. Cody is an amazing trainer who cares about your well being. It’s a mind & body workout. I don’t even realize how fast the hour goes!! Highly recommend!

Cody has been my coach for over a year now. We practice boxing and more global body workouts. He adapts to people’s skill level and needs. He is very precise in his direction and always gives you great adjustments. I had a knee injury and he paid close attention to this and he recommended proper exercises to help. In addition to his knowledge of anatomy and training, he also has a beautiful personality. He knows how to motivate; he pushes you without being pushy. Plus his gym is super clean, it has all the equipment and more (I call him Mister Gadgets)! To be short, I can only recommend Cody, he is one of the best coaches in all Los Angeles… and New York!

No monthly memberships needed. We operate on a pay as you go basis.
After purchasing a single or bundle of sessions, you will receive a link to schedule your sessions. Reservations are for 60 minutes.
We operate on a first come first served basis. For your preferred times, I suggest purchasing sessions and booking in advance.
Fit-nomics is a private studio, during your session, it will just be you and your client.
We are open 24hrs a day 7 Days a week
We offer towel and water bottle service, as well as a variety of disinfectant and cleaning products to keep the gym clean for everyone to enjoy.
It is not necessary, Fit-Nomics is fully furnished with quality equipment ready for you to use.
Unfortunately no, all clients must be accompanied by a coach.
