However, Jason took the time early on to learn my ailments and weaknesses, and then crafted a custom workout plan for me that paid HUGE dividends. My core was weak, and my form was poor. Jason firmed up my core better than it ever was, and his attention to detail resulted in massive gains in half the time. Not only do I have much fewer injuries than before but I’m also performing better than ever in my other physical activities (soccer, football, cycling, etc.). I’ve been working out for over 10 years lifting weights and trying to sculpt my body. I’m in good shape but since I started training with Jason I can see my body shape changing, specifically my legs and lower body. I had never focused on hip hinging or working the hamstrings. Since everybody's goals are different, The prices of my services are offered following our consultation. At this juncture I will have enough information to construct your tailored program that will be centered around you and your primary goals.

I’m a beginner to working out, is it too early to hire you as a coach?

No. I have many programs that are designed for novice weight lifters.

Do I need to have access to a gym to do your training programs?

Yes, a full gym will be needed to complete my current programs.

Should I get cleared by my doctor before starting one of your programs?

Yes, especially if you are recovering from an injury or haven’t had a physical in over a year.
