MY Story
Currently I reside in Los Angeles, CA with my family and work with individuals, groups and corporations in different capacities of healthcare. I have clients locally and around the globe with whom I consult to provide solutions to help them reach their fitness potential. My fitness journey began in college in Atlanta, Georgia, where I served as the Health & Wellness chairman on the student government association. As chairman, I worked closely with students, faculty and residents of the neighborhood to increase awareness about their current state of health and fitness by overseeing the campus-wide health screening benefit and organizing fundraisers for Breast Cancer and H.I.V. I continued my education by obtaining my bachelors in Kinesiology & Exercise Science at Georgia Southern University. As a Health & Performance coach over the last decade, I’ve learned to work with various types of people at all different fitness levels.
Although the south, the east coast and the west coast are all very different markets, I have found through my time working in each of these regions, that there are common goals that all individuals have for how they want to look and feel, however there is a different approach to training depending on their lifestyle factors. From the southern cooking suburban mother in Atlanta, the busy stressed banker on Manhattan’s upper east side, to the aesthetically conscious aspiring actress in Los Angeles, I have gained the experience to work with anyone from any walk of life and customize a program fit for the needs of each individual. Over the 10 years in the industry, I have mastered the fundamentals by which I live and coach my clients; Movement, Nutrition and Recovery. Despite the goals, these 3 principles should be the focus of how we LIVE INSPIRE AND TRANSFORM.

Jason is a consummate professional. I was hesitant to start personal training (with any trainer) because I did not think they would add any value beyond what I could find on Google or YouTube. However, Jason took the time early on to learn my ailments and weaknesses, and then crafted a custom workout plan for me that paid HUGE dividends. My core was weak, and my form was poor. Jason firmed up my core better than it ever was, and his attention to detail resulted in massive gains in half the time. Not only do I have much fewer injuries than before but I’m also performing better than ever in my other physical activities (soccer, football, cycling, etc.). Jason also got me in incredible shape to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, and I wouldn’t have been able to reach the summit without him. I have recommended him to countless friends and colleagues.
